Project Management
At Half a Bubble Out we manage each project from beginning to end, and are committed to finishing on time and on budget. Timelines are clearly laid out and required tasks assigned to the appropriate members of our production team. Our process is built on the idea that great ideas come from collaboration and teamwork. At times we will assign tasks to you, to ensure each piece of the project comes together.
As a client you will be assigned a project manager who will be your first point of contact for communication and documenting the progress of your projects. We will hold regular meetings with you as we proceed through strategic planning and implementation of your marketing and advertising and pride ourselves on communicating well with our clients.
