Company Principals 

Michael Redman
Michael is formally educated in Instructional Design, a communications degree that combines educational theory with the use of multimedia to create effective training tools. He has been working with video production for over 25 years and has been involved in many aspects of media production, including print, radio and television, as well as full audio/video production and lighting design. Currently Michael is bringing together these gifts and talents in the running of Half a Bubble Out, a company he founded in November 2002. Michael brings to the business an intense desire to communicate effectively and deeply with people.  He has strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a passion for helping companies to clearly communicate their story.
 
Kathryn Redman
Kathryn brings to the company the vital skills needed for impeccable customer service.  She is a strong teacher and clear communicator, with a deep desire for integrity and strong character.  She has strong organizational and writing skills and works with clients to develop clear content in their marketing pieces.  For nine years she used her skills for selling complex software for the public sector and providing project management.  Kathryn provides overall project management for clients and oversees all aspects of project implementation.  She excels in follow up and working to ensure the client's needs are met.
